Refund Policy
Free during the public beta
CadetPass is currently in a free public beta. There is nothing to refund because no purchases are being processed. When paid plans launch, the policy below will apply.
Crash Pass (7-day access)
Because Crash Pass grants immediate full access to the practice platform for a short, time-bounded window, all sales of Crash Pass are final. We do not offer refunds for the Crash Pass except where required by applicable law.
Cadet Pass (12-month access)
Cadet Pass purchases are eligible for a refund within seven (7) days of purchase, provided you have not used more than 30 questions during that window. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order details and we will process the refund to the original payment method within ten business days.
After 7 days, or after 30 questions answered (whichever comes first), Cadet Pass purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Class Pack (instructor / cohort)
Class Pack agreements are negotiated individually. Refund and cancellation terms are described in your Class Pack agreement and override this section as to that purchase. Contact [email protected] for details.
Exceptions
We will issue a refund outside these terms in the following situations:
- You were charged in error or charged twice for the same purchase.
- The Service was materially unavailable for an extended period during your access window and you were unable to use the product you paid for.
- Applicable consumer-protection law requires a refund (we will of course honor it).
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most refund issues can be resolved by email faster than through your card issuer.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund request" and include the email address used at purchase, the date of purchase, and a brief explanation. We aim to respond within two business days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Changes apply to purchases made after the change date; any earlier purchase is governed by the policy in effect at the time of that purchase.
